Terms of Use

CSV Local Tools is provided as an independent utility. You remain responsible for verifying every output before importing it into a marketplace, database, accounting system, or other production workflow.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with a third-party platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy duties, contractual restrictions, or another system’s access rules.

Third-party formats

Marketplace names and formats, when referenced, belong to their respective owners. A generic validation result is not certification by any marketplace.

Browser and file limits

The current tools accept files up to 50 MB and use browser memory. A generated ZIP, approximate-size split, validation report, or clean preview is not a guarantee that a destination system will accept the output. Keep an untouched source copy and test consequential imports on staging first.

Changes and availability

Features may change or be withdrawn. Important transformations should be tested on a copy of your data and reviewed before use.
